The final items in the DxDiag report show the 10 most recent serious crashes, two of which were blue screen/BSOD/BEX64.

While you're there, I would also strongly recommend that you use the diagnostic tool to see if it can find and repair any problems with Win10. Please visit the Dell support page for your Inspiron 7242 and install that driver (it's nmarked urgent on the webpage).
